From Turin, a graduate cum laude in Economy and Commerce in Turin in 1977, appointed “Cavaliere del Lavoro” in 2003, Camillo Venesio has been the Managing Director and General Manager of Banca del Piemonte since 1983.

After numerous experiences studying and working abroad, he placed the skills acquired at the service of the family business, following in the steps of his father and grandfather before him.

Camillo Venesio has been responsible for the development of the Banca del Piemonte, maintaining its original characteristics of complete independence and capital solidity, and a strong link with the territory.

Since 1983 - with professional and highly motivated staff - he has implemented a highly successful strategy, confirmed by the figures: the total in assets managed has risen from Euro 150 million to Euro 3 billion, shareholders’ equity has gone from Euro 13 million to over Euro 129 million and the number of employees has increased from 145 to more than 450, with an increase in the number of branches from 14 to more than 60.
