Banca del Piemonte – controlled by the sole shareholder Finconfienza SpA, which holds 100% of the capital – adopts the system of traditional administration, based on the presence of two bodies appointed by the Shareholders’ Meeting: the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors. The accounts are audited in accordance with art. 2409 bis of the Italian Civil Code by an independent auditing firm.
