More than 60 branches, over 450 employees and a total assets managed as of 31/12/2009 equating to Euro 3 billion are just some of the figures with which the independent bank, guided by Camillo Venesio, the third generation of the founding family, offers its services to local communities, with the aim of continuing to grow independently throughout Piedmont. 

Banca del Piemonte – controlled by the sole shareholder Finconfienza SpA, which holds 100% of the capital – adopts the system of traditional administration, based on the presence of two bodies appointed by the Shareholders’ Meeting: the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors. The accounts are audited in accordance with art. 2409 bis of the Italian Civil Code by an independent auditing firm. 

The Bank has an organisation and operating model in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, on matters of administrative responsibility.

The Bank complied with the codes of conduct of the Italian Banking Association: the internal code of self-discipline on matters of financial dealing, the code of conduct in relationships between bank-businesses in difficulty, the code of conduct of mortgage loans.
